Full Journal pdf1999-05-19 House Journal Page 1671 SB 101 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the 2d Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on the following, which is under Unfinished Business (page 1667), at this time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) "An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief fund." and CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN) am (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House adopt the 2d Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS SB 101(2d CC), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the 2d Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" The Senate has adopted the 2d Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (Senate journal page 1691). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate.
